It was indeed a never seen before performance of Lady Gaga at the Super Bowl.
Opening the show with a subtle political statement – singing God Bless America on the roof of the stadium before making the impressive jump, Gaga was backed not just by dancers and singers, but by 300 lit-up drones that shone like stars in the night sky.
She also performed six of her biggest hits such as Edge of Glory, Poker Face, Born This Way, Telephone, Just Dance, Million Reasons and Bad Romance; going down with Michael, Prince, Beyonce and Bruce as the greatest halftime show. Ever.
Gaga wore a glittery bodysuit, adding a gold jacket with spiked shoulders then football shoulder pads, a bare belly and sparkly shorts.
She wrapped up her performance with not only a dramatic mic drop, but by catching a football.
Is it really the best since MJ? We guess it is.
